The Stranger brought the doves from Mr .Purcell shop and tossed them into the air ? Why?

The stranger who visited Mr. Purcell's shop was jailed for ten years. He understood the plight of the doves who were trapped in a cage. He understood the value of freedom. Therefore, he wanted to liberate the birds from the cage. He brought the doves from Mr. Purcell to free them.
