YOUTH TAKE OUT RALLY AGAINST CORRUPTION

Men, women, girls and boys came out on to the streets, mostly the youth under the aegis of Youth for Better India took out a rally against corruption here on Sunday.

They marched from the NTR Circle to Vivekananda Statue, located near Raghavaiah Park, displaying placards against corruption and returned to the NTR Circle. They demanded that the government introduce Jan Lokpal bill in Parliament.

They took oath in front of the Vivekanda statue that they would not encourage corruption in any form in the country. They also vowed to fight until the government introduced Jan Lokpal bill. They wanted the government to bring Anti-Corruption Bureau and Central Bureau of Investigation under the Lokpal bill.

They said that the people were looking forward to getting their rights after 28 years. YBI coordinator M. P. Sankar, Shravan, T. V. Prasad were present. Students associations including the Vivekananda Youth Association took part in the rally and expressed their solidarity.
