This question from 2nd Maths LTS Of 7E B05 says Raksha got three AND a half marks in Physics...... 

But in the solution it is given 3/2 x, when it should have been (according to the question), 3 ½ x.

As mentioned in the question,marks obtained in Physics is "three and a half times" of x should mean $3\frac{1}{2}\times x$ i.e $\frac{7x}{2}$
So, if marks obtained in Chemistry be x then according to question 
$$\begin{gathered} x+\frac{7x}{2}=180 \\ \Rightarrow 9x=2\times 180 \\ \Rightarrow x=\frac{360}{9}=40 \end{gathered}$$
So, marks in Physics is $\frac{7}{2}\times 40=140$
But, the answer is not in the options.

So, my assumption is that the question given is misprinted.
It should be " one and a half times" or three-second of x"
