1) Increased transaction risk over net.
2) Lack of personal touch.
3) Time lag between placing order and actual delivery of product, etc.
Despite these limitations we cannot say that it restricts the scope of e business, efforts are being made to make website more interactive to overcome problem of low touch,. Through technology innovations speed and quality of communication has improved over time. Despite limitations e-business is here to bring a positive change in business and governance.
e-business have bought a change in which business is conducted in the following manner:
* They speed up the process of conducting business.
* They are effective and efficient way of doing business, as they help to make good quality goods and services at lower cost.
* They play a vital role in providing after sale services to consumers in a quick and effective manner.
* They facilitate continuous growth of business through innovation and technology development.
