a. The first three orders of Europe basically represented three categories of people.
b.  Whereby the first comprised of the clergy, church, the second comprised of the nobility and the thirds represented the peasant and the serfs
c. There existed the fourth order which comprised of people living in towns with 30,000 population or rural commoners.
