The isotopes are the variant of an element which  have same atomic number but different atomic mass.  Radioisotopes are the variants which have heavy nuclei and there nucleus is not stable and have extra energy which is emitted out as radiation. 

For example ³²P is radioisotope of phosphorous, ¹⁴C is radioisotope of carbon.
