SO can after drinking acidic person will a person die?

water is amphoteric in nature because it can self-ionize to produce hydronium ions and hydroxyl ions. Therefore , it can react with acid as well as base in various chemical reactions.
Drinking acid will lead to death or not will depend solely upon the type of acid consumed and the strength of acid . We consume carbonic acid and acetic acid without any harm.But if the person consumes a strong acid such as Hydrochloric acid or sulphuric acid then it leads to denaturation of the proteins and dehydration of cells , apoptosis and finally death of the person. If the acid is very dilute then there are chances that the person can survive but with immense damage to the body organs at the cellular level.
