Dear Student,
Such questions are made for enhancing the self creative skills and should be tried
answering on your own. However, here are a few points that will help you in framing
your answer:

Westernization is the process in which a country, a society, or a system is influenced by the culture, lifestyle, economic or political system of the western countries. Westernization affects underdeveloped countries and developing countries in many ways.

Pros:
Westernization mostly denotes advancement in many aspects. It promotes education, technology, industrialization, infrastructure, agriculture, and employment.
when we are influenced by the countries that are advanced than us, we tend to adopt their culture, science, and education too.
That is the reason, many of the above-stated sectors are now in better condition in India,

Cons
By blindly adopting the foreign culture, and imposing their lifestyle into ours, we are losing our own culture, uniqueness, and beauty of our traditions.
In order to progress, we should blend the western culture with the ancient Indian traditions rather than spoiling our own culture and heritage just for the sake of modernization.
