It is not possible to tell all the reactions taking place in these parts of the cell but I would list a few

1. Cytoplasm- Reactions of glycolysis.

2. Mitochondria- Reactions of Kreb's cycle.

3. Nucleoplasm- Reactions involving formation of RNA.
