What are different types of capitals ? Explain the difference between them .

Dear student, Types of capital are - 1)Fixed Capital -Tools,machines buildings which are used for long time is known as Fixed capital. 2) Working Capital - Raw material alongwith money required for production is known as Working capital. Working capital is required for day to day functioning. 3) Human capital - It refers to the knowledge and enterprising skills required to club land, labour and capital for initiating production. For example - Mr.Bijendra wants to start a factory in which he will produce the tomato ketchup. Now for setting up a factory he needs LAND and for production of ketchup he needs LABOR i.e. some workers and for production of Ketchup he needs FIXED CAPITAL AND WORKING CAPITAL i.e. he needs tomatoes i.e. Raw material and for buying raw material i.e. tomatoes he needs some money. Also, he needs some machines and tools for production of Ketchup and alongwith this he requires HUMAN CAPITAL which will provide the knowledge of technical know-how which will help in initiating the production process.
