what are gm crops and what difference between cow and buffalos milk

GM (Genetically modified) crops are the ones in which a gene from some other organism may be another plant or a microorganism is inserted into the plant to get desired characteristic such as disease resistance, response to fertilizers, product quality and high yields.

Buffalo milk contains all the nutrients like fats, protein, calcium etc. in higher proportions than cow milk. Buffalo milk also provide for more calories than cow milk (100 calories from 100 g of buffalo milk while 70 calories from 100 g of cow milk) and also contains less cholesterol as compared to cow milk.
