The phrase of a noun is a group of two or more words headed by a noun that includes modifiers ( which can modify). There are 7 grammatical forms that appear in noun phrases.
Example- Determiners, Adjectives, prepositions.
examples- prepositions- Jeff rode on a skate board.
Man proposes, but God disposes.
It relaxes me.
