What are the essential elements for plants which important element are obtained from air and water

There are several essential elements which are required by plants that are nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulphur, boron,chlorine, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, molybdenum and nickel.

Carbon (C), hydrogen (H), and oxygen (O) are supplied by air and water.
