What are the provisionin the constitution of india in respect of recognisation of equality ?
1) Every person is equal before the law. What this means is that every person from the president of India to domestic worker has to obey the same law.
2) No person can be discriminated against on the basis of their religion, caste or whether they are male or female.
3) Every person has to access all public places including paly ground, hotels, shops & market. All person can use publicly available wells, roads, bathing ghats etc..
4) Untuchablity has been abolished.
