what are the steps common to c3 and c4 photosynthesis ?

Both C3 and C4 plants conduct photosynthesis with the same timing schedules of day and dark reactions. Both the plants open their stomata during daylight hours when both light and dark reactions are occuring.Both plants absorb carbon in non-acidic form.Both plants use RuBisCo  during their photosynthesis process.
