Preparation of bread
Take flour in a large bowl, add salt, sugar and instant yeast mix well.
Then add in the egg, oil, milk and mix it with the help of your hands and keep adding the water slowly to form a soft dough.
It will be stick to your hands but that is what is required, then dust flour on the working surface and add the dough and knead it with your palms for 5 min.
Grease a bowl and place the dough in it & also grease the top of the dough, cover and keep it till it doubles in size, (time varies).
Once the dough rises then once again dust the surface with flour and knead it for further 4 to 5 min, then grease the loaf pan and add the dough in it, grease it on the top lightly and leave it till it rises again (time varies).
Preheat the oven, grease the dough lightly on the top and bake it on 200 C, gas mark 6 and 400 F, for 25 minutes or till the top gets brown. (time varies)
Once baked take it out of the baking tin and let it cool down. Then cut and serve.
