What better ending can we put for this story ....???

To end the story in a more positive manner could have been a better ending. Instead of showing that Mahendra resigned from his job, it could be shown that he made an effort to prove the Ghost story wrong. Also, Mahendra and Iswaran could have been shown to continue their bonding.
