What do blind people see in there dreams?

Dear Student,

Dreams are a part of your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is often a derivative of the conscious mind. If someone is blind from birth, the chances that they will dream in visual images is less. It is certain that they have less visual dreams in comparison to persons with regular eye-sights. However, since they do not lose the ability to sense the outside world, their brain is still capable of forming mental images. The experience that they derive from their touch, smell, etc. helps them to form these mental images.

While people blind since birth do indeed dream in visual images, they do it less often and less intensely than sighted people. Instead, they dream more often and more intensely in sounds, smells, and touch sensations. ... On a related note, brain scans have found that all humans dream in visual images before they are born.
