Your question seems to be incorrect . But assuming your question to be - what is Flaccid (Flaccidation) ; here is the answer accordingly:

Flaccid means shrinking of tissue due to loss of water (Plasmolysis). Roots become drooping or inelastic through lack of water.
When cell is placed in a hypertonic solution water moves out, first from cytoplasm and then from vacuole. Cell membrane shrinks away from the cell wall. This is known as plasmolysis.
