what does Lt q0-0 mean?? what is the actual use of it?....i mean how does it help us to solve the problems??

q0-0 means that the charge carried is very small it means it can be vanished.it is used so that it can not effect the electric field of the source charge as it is very small in quantity: )))))......hope it wud help all the best....
