What does mandela think about patriots? Can they be repaid?

Mandela thinks that he can never repay the sacrifice of great leaders of South Africa. He wants to pay the tribute to all the people like Oliver Tambo who sacrificed their live for the sake of freedom. He feels that he is the sum of all those African patriots who had gone before him because those heroes of yesterday years had paved the path of cooperation and unity for him.
