What does Taplow feel about mr. crocker harris?

He thought that the Mr cooker Harris is the only teacher who adhere the rules that have made in the school. He hates to be liked by anyone, so he did not make any student special for him. According to him Crock is not a sadist, who likes to see students in pain. He doesn't give anybody the extra marks. Hee always give what a student deserve. He also called them a hardly human , which means that the Mr crocker Harris have no humanity.
