what happens to rainwater once it falls on earth?

Once the rainwater falls on Earth, it goes underground to fill the water table. Some water comes out through cracks and holes in the Earth's surface which becomes the rivers and steams. These flow into seaocean. The Sun evaporates water in the oceansea and condenses to form clouds. These again fall back to earth in the form of rain. This process is called water cycle.
