What idea do you form of the County Inspector as a person?

Dear student,

The county inspector carries a bag of dials and wires which are his tools to check and repair the mechanical teachers installed in people's houses. He is good at his job as he is able to find and rectify the problem with the mechanical teacher at Margie's house. He seems to love children as he pats Margie's head and assures her mother that the problem was with the machine and not Margie!
