We can see these constellations through Telescope.These have a great importance since they can be used to locate some special stars for instance Orion is used to locate the brightest star, Sirius and Ursa major is used to locate the pole star. Ursa major is also popularly known as Saptarishi. 
Example- Leo, Ursa major, Orion, Little bear, Pegasus etc.
