Weather can be defined as the state of the atmosphere with respect to its humidity, temperature, cloudiness, wind etc. of a place at a certain time. It is usually considered for small areas and varies within short distance.

Climate refers to the sum of total weather conditions and variations over an area for a long period of time ( more than 30 years ).

Atmospheric circulation is the large-scale movement of air.

Oceanic circulation is the movement of sea water which is in turn generated by various forces acting on water.
It is also known as Oceanic current.

Along with ocean circulation, atmospheric circulation is the means by which thermal energy is redistributed on the surface of the Earth.

Atmosphere is the thin layer of air that surrounds the earth. the gravitational force of the earth holds the atmosphere around it it protects us from the harmful rays and scorching heat of the sun it consists of a number of gases, dust and water vapour. the changes in the atmosphere produce changes in the whether and climate.

Thus circulation together generates energy.
