What is cerebral palsy?

Cerebral = a part of the brain, 
Palsy = partial/ complete paralysis of muscles
Cerebral palsy is a developmental defect of a human body in which he suffers the physical disability. It generally affects the brain and nervous system which leads to the loss of sensation. A human in this condition could not sense the touch, pressure, pain and thermal.
