CFC stands for Chloro Fluoro Carbon. They are colourless, odourless, nontoxic, non-flammable, and stable when emitted.
Uses of CFC’s are.
- Propellants in sprays and aerosol cans.
- CFC’s are used as refrigerants in air conditioners.
- Also used in deodorant, furniture polishes and hair spray.
