Complementary angles
Two angles are said to be complementary, if they add up to give 90°. For example, if one angle is 60°, then its complementary angle will be 90° – 60° = 30°.
Supplementary angles
Two angles are said to be supplementary, if they add up to give 180°. For example, if one angle is 120°, then its supplementary angle will be 180° – 120° = 60°.
