What is difference between source vouchers and accounting vouchers?

Source vouchers are written document contain details of the transaction completely. Whereas accounting vouchers are also written document but prepared on the basis of source vouchers .
Source vouchers are used as evidence  but do not tell about the accounting of such transaction whereas accounting vouchers gave complete detail about any particular transaction.
