What is difference between space , galaxy and universe ?

Dear student,
Please find below the answer:

Space is the area that surrounds the planet Earth and the other planets and stars.

A galaxy is a very large group of constellations of stars. Our galaxy, the milky way, is made up of hundreds of millions of stars, each with its own planets, and other matter such as asteroids and comets, etc.

The vast empty space around us that consists of stars, solar systems, galaxies, etc is called the Universe. The Universe is the largest unit in which we live. It is a collection of galaxies. There is only one Universe. The Universe is everything we can touch, feel, sense, measure, or detect. It includes living things, planets, stars, galaxies, dust clouds, light, and even time.

Hope this clears your doubt.
Regards.
