What is dissloution ?

Dear Student,

The dissolution is a process in which a solute dissolves in a solvent to make a solution. In simple words, dissolving of a solute in a liquid solvent is the dissolution process.

For example: the solid NaCl (the common salt ) is when mixed in a glass of water, it dissolves in the water to make an aqueous solution. This whole process will be called as dissolution.
