What is electromagnetic induction?

Electromagnetic induction (or simply induction, in electrical technology) means the phenomenon of generation of emf in a conductor by varying the magnetic flux associated with it. This can be achieved by moving the conductor in the magnetic field, or by varying the magnetic field associated with the conductor. Transformer, motor, generator etc. are working according to the principle of electromagnetic induction.

whenever there is a relative motion between two coils(any 1 have battery attached) or coil and a magnet the flux is generated which create potential difference and cause current to flow throw it so this is termed as electro magnetic induction........{hope u like it }
