what is fair trial?

Fair trial means impatial trial where the rules and the justice prevails.

it means taking account all the aspects  of a case and onsidering the situation in detail to arrive at the decision.

It means giving the accused and the proseqution equal opportunity to put forth their case with out any prejudice or favour.

The judgement given in case of a fair  trials aslo needs to be done without undue delay. As we know justice delayed is justice denied.

 Fair trial is nuetral trial in which a person judged impatially on the basis of evidence.

Fair Trial (1932-1958) was a British Thoroughbred racehorse and Champion sire.
