What is future perfect and future perfect continous tense?

- The future perfect expresses a future action that will be completed before another future action.
For example: I will have eaten  by the time he comes to meet me.

- The future perfect continuous tense refers to an action or event that starts between now and a time in the future and is incomplete.
For example: He will have been living in Amritsar by this time next year.
