Glucose is a simple type of carbohydrate. It's formula is C6H12O6. It is synthesised by plants during photosynthesis and acts as important source of energy during respiration. The glucose units combine together to form starch.
Amino acids are building blocks of proteins. They are used in every cell of your body to build the proteins you need to survive. So, amino acids link together in long chains to form proteins. Some amino acids are created by body (Non-essential amino acids) while others (Essential amino acid) can only be obtained by eating food that contain them. Lack of them causes serious health problems.
Fatty acids are carboxylic acids that consist of long chain aliphatic hydrocarbons and terminal carboxyl group. They combine to form fats.
