what is good conductor and bad conductor?

There are two types of conduction -

1. Good conductor - Good conductor means a substance which allows the heat to pass/flow through it. / A substance which allows the electricity to pass/flow through it.

2. Bad conductor - Bad conductor means a substance which does not allows the heat to pass/flow through it. / A substance which does not allows the electricity to pass/flow through it. It is also called as insulator.
