what is material ?

Material is basically known as the form of matter, a substance can be made of. For example, material is atom or molecule, the substance made up of atom will be an element (like Iron is made up of Iron atoms) and substance made up of molecule will be either an element (like Oxygen is made up of oxygen molecule) or a compound (like water is made from water molecules).
