What is meaning of Glucose

Glucose is a simple type of carbohydrate which provides instant energy to the body. Starch is a complex type of carbohydrate made up of many glucose molecules. Plants store energy in the form of starch. When plant products containing starch are consumed then starch is broken down into glucose through our digestive system.
