what is morphine & papaverine.

give me brief details of the two.

are they both effective in reducing pain

Morphine are opioids which are group of drugs which are derived from opium, that is obtained from the opium poppy. For centuries these drugs has been used as pain killers. Its side effects include nausea, vomiting, sedation, respiratory suppresion etc.

Paparavine is also an opioid but it is not used as pain killer, it is a vasodilator and it helps to increase the blood flow and is used to treat spasm. Its side effects include sweating, headache, tiredness, diarrhoea, constipation etc.
