what is muscle myoglobin and what are the symptoms of anaemia please tell me

Muscles have their own store of oxygen as they contain a protein similar to haemoglobin called myoglobin which combines with oxygen and only releases it if the rate of its supply from haemoglobin cannot keep up with demand.

The symptoms of anaemia may include weakness, fatigue, shortness of breath, pale skin etc.
