what is NADPH2  ?  what is  anabolic reaction ?

NADPH2 is basically NADPH (Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate- hydrogen) + H+ and it is used as reducing power for various reactions. NADPH is used in anabolic reactions.

Anabolic reactions are those that involve synthesis of molecules and usually requires energy.

NADPH2 is reducing agent that provides electrons for the reduction during photosynthesis. The hydrogen atoms released during splitting of water combines with a chemical called nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP) and form NADPH2.

An anabolic reaction is a reaction that involves creating large molecules out of smaller molecules; an example is when your body makes fat out of extra nutrients you eat.
