A special purpose vehicle is a structure especially set up to bring all the people together who involve to form a formal stucture.the spv can be a company or a trust structure . the developers usually becomes the director of the spv .there is no restriction on what name we give to spv.it is separate from its parent company. it is also known as special purpose entity. it is created to undertake a risky venture while reducing any negative impact of risk on the parent company.
