What is the basic principle of ELISA?

ELISA stands for Enzyme linked immunoassay .It combines the specificity of antibodies with the sensitivity  of simple enzyme coupled with antigen or antibody to an easily assayed enzyme. It provides useful measurements of antibody antigen concentration.
