Globalization is a difficult term to describe. This is probably because there are so many aspects to it. The simplest definition of globalization according to me is the spreading and homogenizing of cultures.

Of course, Globalisation is a difficult term to explain on. It refers to the process of integration of markets and interconnection between countries. The increasing contacts with other nations have made the world a smaller place and this is a major change in the whole world which is shrinking it. 

Reasons for Globalisation can be:
1. Improved means of communication technology
E.g. Internet, television, telephone, fax etc.
2. Increasing trade and commerce among nations
3. Improved means of transportation
E.g. Aircraft and ships
4. Greater mobility of people in search of jobs and better education
