T lymphocytes or T cell 

B lymphocytes or B cell

Originate in the bone marrow and mature in the thymus.

They are born and also mature in bone marrow.

T cells multiply and differentiate into helper, regulatory, or cytotoxic T cells or become memory T cells.

B lymphocyte differentiates into a plasma cell, which secretes immunoglobulin.

T cells are involved in cell-mediated immunity.

B cells are primarily responsible for humoral immunity (relating to antibodies).
