What is the difference between cells and corpuscles?

@ Ritul : Titishka is right. Corpuscles lack nucleus and organelles like red blood cells, that why they are called as red blood corpuscles also.

@ Tititshka : Good work. Keep posting!!

Corpuscles don't have nucleus , mitochondria, golgi bodies and endoplasmic reticulum. They have biconcave shape.
Cells are nucleated and have oval or elipsodial shape.
In mammals corpuscles are present and in other vertebrates cells are present
