What is the difference between export trade and entrepot trade please explain

Dear Student Export Trade means that the country is selling good outside its national boundaries. For example sale of handicrafts from India to America . Entrepot Trade means the country first import the goods in their country from foreign country and then sell (export) to other countries. For example India import plant and machinery from Japan and then export to Nepal. Regards
