india at the tym when industrailisation based on factories and
mills was growing there was a huge depend of workers so,

some officials were appointed by the ndustrailists who used to
bring new recruits or labour they came to be known as JOBBERS

Gomasthas were the officials appointed by the britishers to check
the quality of the cloth produced by the indian weavers

the problems were----

they never praised the quality even if it was best and not
provided good wages for their work
they bounded the weavers to work all day long
