  1. Lok Sabha is in the centre. 
  Vidhaan Sabha is for the states. 
  1. Lok Sabha is the lower house in Indian parliament.
   Vidhaan Sabha can either be lower  
  house (in states with bicameral) or sole  
  house (in unicameral states) of the  
  provincial legislature in the different states  
  of India.

 
  1.  Lok Sabha can make changes in the constitution.
   Vidhaan Sabha cannot.
  1.  Members elected are called MPs (Member of Parliament).
Represented members are called MLAs  (member Of state legislature).
 
 
Rajya Sabha and Vidhaan Sabha are not the same. Vidhaan Sabha members are elected through the legislative constituencies whereas members (238 out of 250) of the Rajya Sabha are by the state and territorial legislatures and 12 by the President of India.
Term of office for Rajya Sabha members is 6years while it is 5years in case of Vidhaan Sabha members.
